Recently we had the opportunity to do a tiled tub surround for a client. For the prep we framed out two shampoo boxes and installed harie backer board prior to tiling.
For the installation we used white, large format subway tile in an offset pattern. We then installed a mosaic tile pattern for the shampoo boxes. The boxes were trimmed with Schluter trim on the edging. The grout was done in white.
